Ten professionals from across the United States and Canada successfully completed the NPMA PRO Certified requirements during the program's inaugural quarter.

Six individuals from across the United States successfully completed the NPMA PRO Certified credential requirements during the second quarter of 2025.

Eleven individuals from the industry have successfully completed the certification requirements during the third quarter of 2025. 

NPMA's Termite Technician tracks are designed for individuals who will be performing work involving wood-destroying organisms, which may include inspections, WDO treatments, and other related tasks.

NPMA's Commercial Technician tracks focus on technicians who will be performing pest management in commercial areas, such as hospitals, food processing and handling facilities, hotels, and more.
