Bylaws Committee

The Bylaws Committee provides for the orderly and lawful operations of NPMA by

1. reviewing and making recommendations to the board of directors for changes to the
   association's bylaws,
2. reviewing and making recommendations to the board of directors for changes to board policies,
3. ensuring that all rules in the bylaws are being followed and are consistent with the state law.
