Safety Committee

The NPMA Safety Committee exists to advance a strong, living safety culture across the pest management industry. We do this by connecting people, sharing our challenges and also what has worked, and making safety something our members genuinely embrace — because they understand why it matters. We are a resource, a network, and a champion for pest management professionals.

What We Believe: Safety is not a checklist — it is a culture. A genuine safety culture means that every employee, at every level, feels empowered to raise concerns, share close calls, and look out for the person working beside them. This committee is committed to helping NPMA member companies build and sustain that kind of culture.

We also believe in the power of connection. The best safety ideas in this industry are already out there, inside member companies doing great work. Our job is to surface those ideas, amplify them, and make them accessible to every company willing to put them to use.
