Exhibitors - The booth personnel registration link will be available June 23. Your hotel booking information will be in the exhibitor newsletter and the Exhibitor Resource Center on your Map Your Show dashboard on May 14.

**PestFest admission is included with Full Registration, Spouse/Guest Registration, and Child Registration. Exhibitors must purchase a separate PestFest ticket to attend.
*Child and Spouse/Guest registrations include access to the general sessions, exhibit hall (including access to PestWorld Day of Service), evening receptions, and the Friday PestFest Party. It does not include access to educational sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. Please send cancellation notices to meetingsteam@pestworld.org. Cancellations will follow the cancellation policy outlined below. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of being received by NPMA.
- 100% Refund = 32+ days before event start
- 75% Refund = 25-31 days before event start
- 50% Refund = 18-24 days before event start
- 25% Refund = 11-17 days before event start
- No Refund = 10 days or less to event start
- No Shows = No refund
