Hotel & Travel
1. Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center
1501 Gaylord Trail
Grapevine, TX 76051, US
The deadline to reserve a room within the PestWorld room block has passed, and the NPMA group block is now closed. If you still need accommodations, please contact the Gaylord Texan directly to ask about current availability.
Cancellations: If you already have a Gaylord reservation and if need to cancel your stay, please contact NPMA at meetings@pestworld.org before contacting the hotel. Include the guest’s name and confirmation number. If someone on the PestWorld waitlist can use your room, NPMA may be able to work with the hotel to reassign the reservation and help you recover your deposit. However, we can only explore this option before the reservation is canceled. Once you cancel directly with the hotel, the room automatically returns to the hotel’s general inventory and NPMA can no longer reassign it.
Additional Hotels
NPMA will provide complimentary Uber vouchers between the official overflow hotels and the Gaylord Texan. for guests utilizing the official overflow hotels. Guests staying at an official overflow hotel will receive an email from NPMA containing an Uber voucher and instructions for using it. If you do not receive the voucher before the conference, please check your spam or junk folder and contact the NPMA Meetings Team at meetingsteam@pestworld.org.
BEWARE OF FALSE AND FRAUDULENT HOUSING CLAIMS:
There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of NPMA and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Should someone contact you from anywhere other than the hotel directly or NPMA, please reach out to meetingsteam@pestworld.org.
