NPMA Launches Technology Adopter Award to Recognize Innovative Pest Management Companies
New annual award, sponsored by FieldRoutes, celebrates companies leveraging technology to drive growth, efficiency, and workforce development; Call for Nominations also opens for five additional NPMA industry awards
NPMA today announced the launch of the NPMA Technology Adopter Award, a new annual award sponsored by FieldRoutes that recognizes pest management companies that have embraced innovative technology to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen their workforce. The award reflects the industry's growing recognition that forward-thinking technology adoption can transform a company at every level.
Open to active NPMA member companies in good standing, nominations for the Technology Adopter Award will be evaluated across five key areas: technology integration, business growth, operational optimization, workforce development, and innovation mindset. Applications ask companies to describe the technologies they have adopted and the impact on their operations and people, as well as to highlight a specific technology decision that has most defined their company's trajectory.
The award recipient will be selected by a committee of NPMA and FieldRoutes representatives and recognized at PestWorld, coming up October 20-23, 2026, in Grapevine, TX.
"Pest management has always been an industry that adapts, and today's technology landscape offers more tools than ever to help our members run smarter, more efficient businesses. The NPMA Technology Adopter Award is our way of recognizing the companies that are making the most of those opportunities," said Dominique Stumpf, CEO of NPMA. "We're grateful to FieldRoutes for their partnership in this recognition, and we look forward to celebrating the members who are raising the bar for what a technology-driven pest management business can achieve."
In addition to the Technology Adopter Award, NPMA has opened its Call for Nominations for five additional annual awards recognizing excellence across the pest management profession. All nominations are due by June 30, 2026.
