New Hire Training for Service Technicians
This 6-hour training is designed to prepare new structural pest control technicians for their career in pest management. This nine-part course provides an overview of integrated pest management, federal laws that govern this industry, the product label, pesticides, important pest groups, basic pest control equipment, and safety.
This course can be used to prepare for the NPMA PRO Certified exam and counts for four (4) technical credits, one (1) industry professionalism credit, and one (1) safety credit towards NPMA PRO Certified recertification.
