The QualityPro Client Service Professional Credential, is a comprehensive exam covering every area of customer service that an employee of a nationally accredited QualityPro company should know.  

2024 marks the twentieth anniversary of the most recognized and accepted credentialing authority of the professional pest management industry.

Building a culture of quality within a company means reminding those employees of what it is they’ve accomplished, and what it is they’re now a part of.

We gathered experts from across the industry to create an exam that truly tests the skills required of our industry’s client service professionals and we’re thrilled to announce that the credential is available now!
