Event Profile
NPMA partners with the Confederation of European Pest Management Associations (CEPA) and the Federation of Asian & Oceania Pest Managers Association (FAOPMA) on this global summit which is focusing on pest management in the public health and food safety sectors. Attendance for this event averages 200 people and features an exhibit hall of about 10-15 companies.

All exhibitor cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations will follow the cancellation policy outlined below. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of being received by NPMA. Credit memos may be extended in lieu of refunds and will be handled on a case by case basis. Companies must use the credit within a year from the date the credit was issued. Any credit which has been unused after one year will be forfeited for refund or future use.
NPMA’s official refund policy states that any booth or booth personnel cancellations must be done 30 days prior to the start of the conference in order to receive a 100% refund. Any cancellations made within 30 days from the start of the conference will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations requests must be made in writing and sent to Brittani Crawley, bcrawley@pestworld.org.
Booth personnel badges are eligible for substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are not permitted. If you need to switch out your booth personnel names, please email meetingsteam@pestworld.org with the name of the original person registered and the name of the person who will be taking their spot.
