PestWorld is the largest gathering of pest management professionals held each year. Attendance averages 4,000-4,500, with approximately 500 from outside the US, and features an exhibit hall of about 200-250 exhibiting companies.
Attendee Profile
Attended primarily by owners and managers of pest control companies from around the globe. On average, over 90 percent of those attending PestWorld have buying influence or decision-making authority.
The PestWorld 2027 Booth Space Drawing will take place virtually from August 24-27, 2026. The booth space drawing is your first opportunity to reserve a space in the PestWorld 2027 exhibit halls. Your company’s selection date and time are dependent on your seniority standing with NPMA. Seniority standing is determined by the number of years your company has consecutively exhibited at a PestWorld event. Seniority standings & schedule will be available for review in mid-August.
To participate in the PestWorld 2027 Booth Space Drawing you must follow the steps below:
- Complete and submit the Request for Booth Space Form no later than August 19th. Only companies that have submitted a Request for Booth Space Form will be allowed to participate in the booth space drawing week.
- Review NPMA Seniority List to ensure your seniority standing is correct.
- Keep an eye on your email for the booth space drawing online instructions and floorplan – these documents will be emailed over to your company’s designated contact person and are also below.
New for PestWorld 2027: Showcase Your Innovation in the TECH HUB! The TECH HUB is an exclusive exhibit hall destination dedicated to leading technology, AI, software, and business tool providers. Participating exhibitors will receive priority access to purchase presentation time on the TECH HUB Stage, strategically located in the center of Hall B. This unique opportunity offers increased visibility, thought leadership exposure, and direct engagement with attendees seeking the latest innovations. Stage reservations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning in June 2027.
