Attendees can reserve their rooms as part of the room block. To make your hotel reservations, please book online to receive the group room rate of $349/night plus taxes and fees. After January 5, 2027, rooms and rates will be based on availability.
Contracted rates are guaranteed through the reservation close date, January 5, 2027, or until we sell out, whichever comes first. After this date, room rates and availability are at the discretion of the hotel.
BEWARE OF FALSE AND FRAUDULENT HOUSING CLAIMS:
There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of NPMA and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available.
