Rachel DeAlto, Communications & Relatability Expert
Rachel DeAlto is a powerful voice in the field of human connection and authentic communication. As the Chief Connection Officer at Match Group and co-founder of The MAGNET Method consulting firm, Rachel brings a unique perspective on building meaningful relationships in both personal and professional settings. With a law degree, Master's in psychology, and extensive media experience, including her featured TEDx talk "Being Authentic in a Filtered World," Rachel will equip you with actionable strategies to strengthen customer relationships, improve team communication, and create high-performance cultures.
NPMA & Academy Gives Back
Making a difference in our host community
Each year, NPMA Academy partners with a local organization to give back to the community that welcomes us. For Academy 2026, we're proud to support Read With Me Volunteer Programs, a grassroots organization that has been transforming young lives in the Coachella Valley for over 20 years.
Our Mission Together: Help children in underserved communities develop their fullest potential through reading, comprehension, and English language skills, while showing them that people care about their success.
How You Can Help: Bring new or gently used children's books (grades K-6) to Academy 2026. Book donation stations will be available throughout the event.
Every book donated directly supports literacy programs for children who need it most.
