Rachel DeAlto, Communications & Relatability Expert
Rachel DeAlto is a powerful voice in the field of human connection and authentic communication. As the Chief Connection Officer at Match Group and co-founder of The MAGNET Method consulting firm, Rachel brings a unique perspective on building meaningful relationships in both personal and professional settings. With a law degree, Master's in psychology, and extensive media experience, including her featured TEDx talk "Being Authentic in a Filtered World," Rachel will equip you with actionable strategies to strengthen customer relationships, improve team communication, and create high-performance cultures.
NPMA & Academy Gives Back
Making a difference in our host community
Each year, NPMA Academy partners with a local organization to give back to the community that welcomes us. For Academy 2026, we're proud to support Read With Me Volunteer Programs, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping elementary school children from low-income, limited English-speaking backgrounds improve their English language and reading skills. The program recruits and trains volunteers—over 530 in 2025—who commit one to two hours per week to tutor more than 4,200 students across 22 schools in California’s Coachella Valley. Volunteers work one-on-one or in small groups, using teacher-provided materials to build early reading, comprehension, and speaking abilities, fostering a caring environment that supports each child’s individual development.
Our Mission Together: Help children in underserved communities develop their fullest potential through reading, comprehension, and English language skills, while showing them that people care about their success.
How You Can Help: Bring new or gently used children's books (grades K-6) to Academy 2026. Book donation stations will be available throughout the event. Read With Me Volunteer Programs has shared an Amazon Wish List to guide your selections. Your contribution helps put books into the hands of children who need them most.
