World Pest Day 2024 Celebration Announced by the Global Pest Management Coalition

Today the Global Pest Management Coalition (GPMC) announced the upcoming celebration of World Pest Day, taking place on June 6, 2024. 

The theme for this year's World Pest Day is "Global Solutions, Local Impact: Mapping Success in Pest Management."  With the goals of increasing awareness of the essential role pest management organizations play in safeguarding public health, promoting the use of professional pest management in a scientific and socially responsible manner, and highlighting the significant threats posed by small pests, World Pest Day aims to bring together pest management organizations worldwide to raise awareness about the industry's impact.

World Pest Day will be highlighted during the Global Public Health & Food Safety Summit, which takes place from June 4-6, 2024, in Miami, Florida. We invite you to join us at the summit, presented by CEPA, NPMA, and FAOPMA, to celebrate World Pest Day and contribute to the global dialogue on pest management's role in protecting our communities and environment.

In addition to celebrating during the Global Public Health & Food Safety Summit, you can participate by sharing the mission of World Pest Day on your company's social channels. The GPMC and PPMA developed toolkits that include valuable marketing materials, including a customizable press release, social media posts, social media graphics, and video.
