NPMA Honors 88 Women with Impact Awards at 2025 Women's Forum Awards Ceremony Celebrates Excellence in Pest Management Industry
Today NPMA honored 88 exceptional women from across the pest management industry during the prestigious Impact Awards ceremony at the 2025 Women's Forum in Austin, Texas. The celebration, sponsored by FieldRoutes, recognized women making significant contributions in management, technical, service, sales, and administrative roles.
NPMA President Faye Golden and Immediate Past President Marillian Missiti co-hosted the awards presentation, which took place at the Downright Austin hotel before a crowd of over 350 attendees. The Impact Awards, now in their fourth year, continue to grow in prominence, reflecting the expanding influence of women in the pest management field.
Recipients walked the red carpet to receive their awards certificates during the ceremony, which was followed by a networking lunch sponsored by MGK and WorkWave. The award winners represented various sectors of the pest management industry, from business owners and technicians to corporate executives and scientists.
"The remarkable response to our call for nominations highlights the incredible impact women continue to make in our industry," said Dominique Stumpf, CEO of NPMA. "Each recipient exemplifies excellence and serves as an inspiration to the next generation of pest management professionals."
The Women's Forum continues through May 14 with sessions on hiring and retaining women, brain date networking opportunities, and a keynote presentation by Maura Thomas on attention management. The event also featured a charity gives back event benefiting Dress for Success – Austin, hosted by the Texas Pest Control Association and Texas PWIPM.
