Culture Catalyst Award
The NPMA Culture Catalyst Award recognizes pest management companies that demonstrate exceptional company culture and core values that drive employee recruitment, retention, and engagement.
As culture continues to be a driving factor in organizational success, NPMA and Arrow Exterminators have established this prestigious award that celebrates companies making a difference through their workplace culture.
Award Criteria
Companies nominated for this award are evaluated based on:
- Strong core values with demonstrable examples and metrics
- Employee engagement initiatives and opportunities for growth
- Innovative approaches to work-life balance (such as flexible scheduling)
- Community support and involvement
- Unique factors contributing to employee development, retention, and advancement
Nomination Process
Nominations may be submitted as self-nominations or nominations of other pest management companies. Nominees should provide:
- A description of their core values with specific examples of how these are embraced and practiced by the company.
- Information about employee engagement initiatives (including community support, career advancement efforts, etc.)
- Details about what makes their company culture unique within the industry
- Please list anything else that demonstrates your company’s exceptional culture (Open ended).

The call for nominations is now open. The deadline for submissions is Monday, June 30, 2025.
