NPMA Gives is a business recognition program designed to showcase the charitable donations, programs, and time contributed by our member companies to their communities.

At PestWorld 2025, NPMA honored industry leaders and companies for excellence, innovation, and service, including presenting the Pinnacle Award to journalist Dan Moreland for his lifetime contributions.

Women working in any function at a pest control company or industry supplier are eligible for consideration. The deadline for nominations is Friday, February 20, 2026.

Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM) grants can advance a career in the pest management industry or help to reduce the costs related to education.

The Pinnacle Award, NPMA's most coveted and prestigious accolade, honors an individual who has contributed not only to the success of the association but to the industry as a whole over a lifetime or career.
