NPMA and Arrow Exterminators Announce New Culture Catalyst Award
FAIRFAX, VA – May 5, 2025 - The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) announced today the creation of the NPMA Culture Catalyst Award, sponsored by Arrow Exterminators. This prestigious new award will recognize pest management companies that demonstrate exceptional company culture and core values that drive employee recruitment, retention, and engagement.
The Culture Catalyst Award will celebrate organizations that have established strong workplace cultures through innovative approaches to work-life balance, community involvement, and employee development opportunities.
"As culture continues to be a driving factor in organizational success, NPMA is excited to recognize member companies that are making a difference through their workplace environments," said Dominique Stumpf, CAE, CEO of NPMA. "This award highlights the importance of creating positive, supportive workplaces that benefit both employees and the communities they serve."
The award, which will be presented annually at PestWorld, recognizes that exceptional company culture directly contributes to business success in the pest management industry.
"Arrow Exterminators is proud to sponsor the Culture Catalyst Award," said Emily Thomas Kendrick, NPMA President-elect and Chief Executive Officer at Arrow Exterminators. This award will showcase companies that understand that exceptional culture leads to exceptional performance."
