Registration, Exhibitor and Sponsorship Opportunities Now Open for LAUNCH: Pest Management Career Summit
Registration is now open for LAUNCH: Pest Management Career Summit, a new collegiate career summit taking place March 8–10, 2027, at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities are also open for pest control companies and industry suppliers.
LAUNCH is designed to connect the pest management industry — a $13+ billion industry in the United States — with the college students and other emerging talent it needs to grow. The event draws students from two-year technical programs and four-year universities across business, science, technology, and service-related fields, with particular emphasis on building the pipeline for pest control technician roles, the industry's greatest area of need.
The event pairs an Employer Engagement Zone, where pest control companies and suppliers can meet and recruit students directly, with team-based student Challenges spanning four tracks — Business, Technology, Science and Service.
Student registration is $100 per registrant. Pest control companies and industry suppliers interested in exhibiting or sponsoring can reserve their place now.
