This annual convening of NPMA’s top leadership, including the NPMA Board of Directors; boards of the Professional Pest Management Alliance, Pest Management Foundation, and QualityPro and NPMA Pro; and other volunteers, is an intimate opportunity to get in front of the industry’s top leaders.

Approximately 200 attendees, comprised primarily of owners, presidents, and CEOs as well as other senior leadership and C-Suite executives.
Sponsorship Opportunities
All Sponsorships Include:
- Logo included on attendee communications, event website, and event app
- One time use each of the pre-(1 week prior to the event) and post-event attendee lists (within 3 business days of the conclusion of the event)

- Ability to introduce the speaker and address the attendees for up to 5 minutes

Tuesday Keynote Sponsorship: $10,000
- Opportunity to provide opening remarks during this keynote presentation (up to 5 minutes)
- Opportunity for a Meet & Greet with keynote speaker (if contract allows)
Tuesday Welcome Luncheon Sponsorship: $15,000
- Recognitions as the of the Welcome Lunch on Tuesday
- Ability to address the attendees for up to 2 minutes during Tuesday Networking Lunch

Dine Around Sponsor: $12,500
- Opportunity to provide one small item giveaway (provided by sponsor)

NPMA Board of Directors Breakfast Sponsor: $7,500
- Opportunity to meet & greet all board of directors and invited guests
- Opportunity to distribute one (1) small giveaway (item provided by sponsor)
- Opportunity to address the board of directors for up to two (2) minutes at the start of the meeting
- The company logo printed on event napkins
Key Card Sponsor: $10,000
- Logo printed on all hotel key cards distributed to anyone in the room block at the headquarters hotel

If you need to cancel your booth or any badges the requests must be made in writing and sent to Brittani Crawley, bcrawley@pestworld.org. NPMA’s official refund policy states that any cancellations must be done 30 days prior to the start of the conference in order to receive a 100% refund. Any cancellations made within 30 days from the start of the conference will not be eligible for a refund.
