Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing. Please send cancellation notices to meetingsteam@pestworld.org. Refunds for cancellations will be awarded on the following schedule:

• 100% Refund = 32+ days before event start
• 75% Refund = 25-31 days before event start
• 50% Refund = 18-24 days before event start
• 25% Refund = 11-17 days before event start
• No Refund = 10 days or less to event start
• No Shows = No refund
