NPMA Honors Top Industry Leaders at PestWorld 2025
The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) celebrated outstanding leadership, innovation, and service to the pest management industry during its annual awards presentations at PestWorld 2025 in Orlando, Florida.
During Tuesday’s Opening Ceremony, NPMA CEO Dominique Stumpf recognized key contributors to the association’s mission. The Employee Recruitment and Retention Committee was named 2024–2025 Committee of the Year, and Erin Richardson of All-American Pest Control in Nashville, Tennessee, chair of the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) Steering Committee, received the Committee Chair of the Year Award.
Thursday’s Annual Awards Ceremony highlighted individual and company achievements across the industry.
