NPMA Honors 108 Women with Impact Awards at 2026 Women’s Forum Awards Ceremony Celebrates Excellence in Pest Management Industry
Today, NPMA honored 108 exceptional women from across the pest management industry during the prestigious Impact Awards ceremony at the 2026 Women’s Forum in Charlotte, NC. The celebration, sponsored by FieldRoutes, recognized women making significant contributions in management, technical, service, sales, and administrative roles.
NPMA Incoming Board Secretary Julie Tesh-Clark of Pest Management Systems, and Arrow Exterminator’s Marie Horner co-hosted the awards presentation, which took place at the Sheraton Le Meridien Charlotte before a crowd of over 400 attendees. The Impact Awards, now in their fifth year, continue to grow in prominence, reflecting the expanding influence of women in the pest management field.
Recipients walked the red carpet to receive their award certificates during the ceremony, which was followed by a networking lunch. The award winners represented various sectors of the pest management industry, from business owners and technicians to corporate executives and scientists.
"The pest management industry is built on people who show up with expertise and heart, and this year's honorees are a perfect reflection of that. We hope their stories inspire the next generation of women to see a future for themselves in this field," said Dominique Stumpf, CEO, NPMA.
