NPMA Executive Leadership Forum Charts a Bold Path Forward
Last week, top minds from across the pest management industry convened in Napa, California, for the National Pest Management Association’s (NPMA) Executive Leadership Forum, sponsored by BASF. The annual event brought together current and incoming leaders for a powerful mix of strategic planning, collaborative dialogue, and peer connections.
Over the course of three days, industry leaders participated in impactful board and committee meetings, all designed to shape NPMA’s strategic priorities for the coming year. A standout moment of the forum was a dynamic leadership session led by strategy expert Steve Good, which challenged attendees to think boldly about the future of the profession.
Attendees also heard from a leading economist with ITR Economics who provided insights and predictions for the coming years and decades.
The forum concluded with a meeting of NPMA’s Board of Directors, where outgoing President Faye Golden officially passed the gavel to incoming President Emily Thomas Kendrick. The ceremonial transition marked the start of a new chapter in NPMA’s leadership, with renewed momentum to keep the industry strong, connected, and future-ready.
As NPMA looks ahead, the Executive Leadership Forum stands as a powerful reminder of the impact thoughtful leadership can have in guiding the industry toward continued growth and innovation.
