NPMA Mourns the Loss of Industry Leader and Board Member Terry Rosenthal
NPMA mourns the passing of Terry Rosenthal, Owner, President, and Operator of Charles Pest Control in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 2, 2026. A dedicated member of the pest management community, Terry served on NPMA's Board of Directors and was an active supporter of the Professional Pest Management Alliance. He will be remembered for his integrity, his commitment to the industry, and the legacy of service he built over a lifetime in pest control.

NPMA Mourns Passing of Public Policy Leader Dwight Reynolds of Rentokil Terminix
The pest management industry mourns the loss of Dwight Reynolds, Group Compliance Manager for the Western U.S. at Rentokil Terminix and President of the Arkansas Pest Management Association, who passed away suddenly on April 20, 2026. A respected advocate, leader, and mentor with more than 30 years in the industry, Dwight served in leadership roles at both APMA and NPMA, including on NPMA's Public Policy Committee, where he was known for his creative and effective approach to legislative advocacy. In 2024, he was honored as Policy Person of the Year at NPMA Legislative Day in recognition of his extraordinary advocacy efforts on behalf of the industry. Dwight was also a passionate supporter of veterans, spearheading the creation of Arkansas PestVets in 2024 and leading a sock drive that nearly doubled its goal of 1,000 pairs donated to veterans in need. He is survived by his wife, Debbie, and their children, Megan, Logan, and Clayton. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside him.

Pest Control to Pageantry: Mrs. Utah Is Driving Impact at Work and in Her Community
Brittany Wood, who leads marketing for Frontline Pest Control, was recently crowned Mrs. Utah and will represent the state as she competes for Mrs. America later this year! While pests and pageantry may not seem to fit together, Brittany has become a leader in both spaces, showing that it's possible to pursue your career goals and personal passions in tandem. Brittany uses her platform, Beyond Survival, to expand access to domestic violence resources across Utah. Her work reflects a broader message: leadership is not limited to one path, and professional success can translate into meaningful community impact.
