As the majority of the states have adjourned for the year, it’s time for our annual SPAR Summer Series! These six jam-packed sessions focus on skills for our SPARs and any interested members to enhance their advocacy efforts. - Hear from peers on offensive actions, even on a defensive bill, and what considerations are taken into account when running legislation.
