The Women’s Forum is an opportunity for women and men throughout the pest management industry to create an inclusive environment for all members of their team. During this engaging program, participants will attend sessions on inspiring and impactful leadership, network during interactive workshops and breakout sessions, hear from groundbreaking keynote speakers, and celebrate women across the industry.
Event Profile
The Women’s Forum is the premiere women’s leadership event for professional and personal networking and enrichment. Sponsorship of this event puts corporate social responsibility and IDEA principles into action, brings incredible leaders to speak, and offers leadership development opportunities for approximately 200-250 attendees.

The event is open to participants of all genders and attendees range from experienced professionals to first-time conference attendees from all areas and all levels of pest management. Attendees also include recipients of NPMA’s Impact Awards for Women in Pest Management.
