Event Profile
Attracting the next generation of pest management professionals, Academy is a conference unlike any other. A team-oriented event, Academy offers attendees the chance to work closely together on tasks and provides both business and professional growth. Attendance is usually around 225-250 people from across the United States.

Sponsorship Opportunities
All Sponsorships Include:

- One time use each of the pre- and post-event attendee lists
Premier Sponsor – $90,000 (SOLD)
This exclusive opportunity will put your company logo on all things Academy. This opportunity also includes the following:
- Recognized as the Premiere Sponsor on the Tuesday general session, along with the opportunity to address Academy attendees for up to five (5) minutes.
- Opportunity to register up to ten (10) attendees complimentary
- Opportunity to provide six (6) team captains (1 per team) to co-captain with NPMA’s appointed team captains.
- Logo included on Academy lanyards and team shirts
Keynote General Session Sponsor – $25,000
Each year Academy brings in an inspirational keynote who covers topics such as leadership, company culture, and management. This opportunity will promote your company as a sponsor of our Thursday keynote speaker. This sponsorship includes:
- Logo recognition as the sponsor of your selected keynote.
- Slide with your company’s logo shown at the beginning of the session.
- Opportunity to address the attendees for up to three (3) minutes and introduce the keynote speaker.
*Please note, that this sponsorship does not allow you to select the speaker, but NPMA will present the potential speakers for feedback and approval.
Welcome Reception – $7,500 (SOLD)
The official kick off to the Academy Olympics! The Welcome Reception brings all Academy attendees together and includes a community service event that supports the community the event is hosted in. This is a great opportunity to get your logo out in front of the attendees!
- Logo included on event napkins and onsite signage
- Two (2) minutes to address attendees at the conclusion of the Tuesday keynote speaker
Learning Labs – $10,000 Exclusive Opportunity or $2,500/Lab (EXCLUSIVE SOLD)
This opportunity will list your company as the sponsor of the Academy Learning Labs. These deep dive sessions focus on topics that will help attendees grow as leaders in both their businesses and the industry. The Learning Labs take place twice during the Academy program.

- Opportunity to provide a company representative to introduce each learning lab session speaker

Olympic Game Night – $5,000
This is where the fun of Academy really kicks in! This event is a night full of games and friendly competition and one of the highlights of Academy!

Learning Labs Networking
Rookie Orientation Lunch – $5,000 (SOLD)
Everyone remembers their first Academy! This sponsorship puts your company in front of everyone who is attending Academy for the first time. This sponsorship includes:
- Logo recognition on event signage
- Opportunity to address rookies for two (2) minutes at the start of the lunch
Brain Date Sponsor – $750 (EXCLUSIVE SOLD)

Brain dates are a facilitated networking event that is like speed dating, but for business. Attendees are matched up at tables based on common topics and given the chance to ask questions/provide feedback to help one another.

- Opportunity to address attendees for up to two (2) minutes at the beginning of the session
Networking Lunch (Wednesday)– $7,500 (SOLD)
Hosted on Wednesday of Academy, this lunch will put your company in front of everyone at Academy! This sponsorship includes:
- Opportunity to provide one (1) piece of marketing literature or small give away during lunch (item provided by sponsor)
- Logo included on event napkins
