The NPMA Hives program aims to foster diversity by connecting members with industry mentors through a convenient, low-barrier, high-reward initiative. By participating in our Hives program, you will grow your network through accessible and intentional peer-to-peer mentoring.

How it Works: Each week, one participant selects a topic, and the group engages in a focused discussion to support that individual for 30 minutes.

Who You'll Meet: In your Hive, you’ll meet folks who are here to provide mutual support and motivation in each other’s professional journeys. We’ll handpick and introduce you to a group of 5-7 fellow NPMA members.

Time Commitment: Up to 9 weeks, 30 minutes/week. Same time every week.
