Applications Now Open for NPMA’s Executive Leadership Program
The deadline to apply for NPMA’s Executive Leadership Program (ELP) is fast approaching; applications are due by November 14, 2025.
This unique two-year experience is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the pest management industry. Open to emerging professionals across all segments of the field, ELP equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and connections to become influential voices within NPMA and the profession.
Selected participants engage in a structured curriculum that includes monthly virtual meetings, in-person leadership development opportunities, and one-on-one mentoring from experienced industry professionals. Participants also take an active role in NPMA activities by attending board meetings, serving on committees, and representing the association as ambassadors for the profession.
With partial funding for industry event attendance and direct access to NPMA leadership, ELP offers a powerful platform for personal and professional growth.
