Applications Now Open for NPMA’s Executive Leadership Program
NPMA is now accepting applications for the Executive Leadership Program (ELP), a unique two-year experience designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the pest management industry.
Open to emerging leaders across all segments of the industry, the ELP equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and connections to grow into impactful voices within NPMA and the industry. Each year, a select group is chosen to engage in a structured curriculum that includes monthly virtual meetings, in-person leadership development opportunities, and one-on-one mentoring from experienced industry professionals.
Participants will also be expected to take an active role in NPMA activities, including attending board meetings, serving on committees, and representing the association as ambassadors for the profession. With partial funding for industry event attendance and direct access to NPMA leadership, ELP offers a powerful platform for personal and professional growth.
Applications are due by November 14, 2025. Acceptance notifications will be sent out in December 2025.
