Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. Please send cancellation notices to meetingsteam@pestworld.org. Refunds for cancellations will be awarded on the following schedule:
- 100% Refund = 32+ days before event start
- 75% Refund = 25-31 days before event start
- 50% Refund = 18-24 days before event start
- 25% Refund = 11-17 days before event start
- No Refund = 10 days or less to event start
- No Shows = No refund
