Changing Pyrethoid Labels

Because of concerns that surface water quality is being damaged by non-agricultural outdoor pyrethroid use, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has mandated label changes for the environmental hazard statements and use directions for these products.  The California Department of Pesticide Regulation is implementing similar changes even more quickly through a regulation that will go into effect in the summer of 2012.  For more additional information on this issue, use the links to the right or contact NPMA at npma@pestworld.org.
