WHY
In a word... growth. The NPMA Academy is focused on developing not only the emerging leaders in the industry - it's also focused on creating future leaders for your company. And this year's program features renowned business leaders who will impart information and knowledge that cannot be found in a single setting anywhere else.
In addition to the nationally-recognized speakers, your team will have the ability to work with other industry leaders and develop relationships that they can bring back to the office to help your business succeed 365 days a year.
WHO
This year, Academy is featuring the following nationally-recognized speakers:
SCOTT MCKAIN
Internationally recognized business strategy expert and bestselling author Scott McKain is committed to helping your company create distinction. What does that mean? Pretty much what it says... how can your customers or prospects determine the difference between you and your competition? The reality is, "great" isn't good enough to grow your business anymore. Whether it is developing more distinctive customer service to deliver enhanced levels of loyalty and profitability or growing your leaders to the highest level of engagement, Scott will help in your efforts to create space between you and your competition and give your customers the ultimate experience.
CHERYL CRAN
With up to four different generations represented by your staff and your customers, there is a LOT of opportunity for misunderstanding. The fact is, with these different generations come different attitudes that are shaping where we work, how we work, and when we work. And it's up to you to set the vision and create the probability for success. Renowned leadership consultant and bestselling author Cheryl Cran will focus on the trends shaping the future workplace and will provide insight into how each of the generations can be expected to handle these changes.
LAURA STACK
More often than not, a leader's biggest challenge isn't creating the strategy--it's executing the strategy. Today, strategy and execution are part of the same process, because of the speed at which organizations need to change. So if we presume your strategy is right on, how do you get your team to nail it? During this half-day workshop, you will be able to experience the same type of training provided to Fortune 500 company executives when corporate consultant Laura Stack shows you how to develop high-performance cultures and create maximum results in minimum time.
