Note: To ensure a smooth experience, attendees are strongly encouraged to complete registration online prior to arriving on-site. Please note that credit card payments cannot be processed directly at the registration desk. Registering in advance will also allow our team to prepare your badge ahead of time, making check-in faster and more convenient upon arrival. For those who still need to register on-site, a QR code will be available at registration to complete the online registration process directly from your mobile device.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. Please send cancellation notices to meetingsteam@pestworld.org. Cancellations will follow the cancellation policy outlined below. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of being received by NPMA.
- 100% Refund = 32+ days before event start
- 75% Refund = 25-31 days before event start
- 50% Refund = 18-24 days before event start
- 25% Refund = 11-17 days before event start
- No Refund = 10 days or less to event start
- No Shows = No refund
