Welcome to Pathways to Pest Professions!

Organized by the Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA), Pathways to Pest Professions is an industry wide initiative launching in concert with National Pest Management Month to help high school students learn more about opportunities in the professional pest management industry.

The pest management industry is constantly growing and evolving and, therefore, full of exciting job opportunities. Today's students have more opportunities than ever and choosing what path to take is a difficult decision. The pest management industry is often times overlooked or unknown. Pathways to Pest Professions gives pest professionals the tools they need to reach out to high schools, technical schools and junior colleges in their communities to help students learn more about our exciting industry and its growing opportunities. Because each company is different, the materials we have provided are meant to serve as a guide and should be catered to your own company's outreach initiative.

Each April is designated National Pest Management Month and each year NPMA has worked to create a program to help the professional pest management industry gain recognition as positive contributors to society for protecting America's health and property.
